This drink is a favorite of my friend Rocco! After seeing Coronitas in margaritas, my son decided to recreate it for us at home. I’m a fan of margaritas, while my husband loves beer, so we named it after the stout Modelo bottle that reminds us of a bulldog. When I made it for Rocco, he loved it so much that he asked if he could use the recipe himself!
