Care & Cleaning
• We have pre-seasoned this cookware before shipment and is ready to use without the need for reasoning.
• Wipe pan with oiled cloth immediately after use. Rinse with hot water and dry thoroughly if necessary.
• For stuck food residue, pour salt into dry pan, scrub thoroughly, and wipe clean.
• Never allow pan to air dry. This will cause rusting.
• To Season Pan: Preheat oven to 350°F. Coat entire cooking surface with a thick layer of high-temperature oil or shortening. Place pan in oven and bake for 1 hour. Turn oven off after 1 hour and allow pan to cool in oven.
Spots & Stains
• Do not use oven cleaners, steel wool, coarse scouring pads or powder to clean cookware.Dishwasher
• Never place cookware in dishwasher.
Storage
• Place a paper towel between cookware when storing to avoid scratches.
Can the Mesa Mia Cast Iron Cookware Silicone sleeves go in the oven?
No, the silicone sleeves should always be removed before going in the oven.

No, the blender is not dishwasher safe.

How to properly store your Mesa Mia Cast Iron Tortilla Press?
After washing your tortilla press make sure you thoroughly dry the tortilla press and lightly oil it with a cloth, you don’t have to but I like to store it with a sheet of parchment paper in between.
Does the Mesa Mia Blender come in Stainless Steel?
No, At the moment the blender only comes in white with terra-cotta, but we are working on something exciting for the near future. Can’t wait to show you guys.
